By using the services of Lunaro Point Co. ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lunaro Point Co. provides dumpster rental and waste disposal services in Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Each dumpster rental constitutes a separate agreement. Pricing, duration, and terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. The renter is responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used in accordance with local regulations.
The following materials may not be placed in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, tires, batteries, paint, and other regulated materials. Violation may result in additional fees.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for overweight containers, extended rental periods, or prohibited materials.
Lunaro Point Co. is not liable for damage to driveways, surfaces, or property unless caused by gross negligence. The renter is responsible for ensuring adequate placement space and access for delivery and pickup.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
